Ex spouses Paul and
Polly Butler write murder mysteries together. They act out the crimes in Paul’s
apartment: poisoned chocolates and lethal martinis, alibis and fingerprints,
bodies in a trunk, daggers, guns and even an axe all contribute to the
hilarity. Nobody gets hurt, but their egos take some hits as they attempt to
outdo and surprise each other and they learn that marriage, like murder, is in
the details.

SBE Chapter 74 October 2009 Meeting Minutes The
Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE) Chapter 74 met on Wednesday,
October 28, 2009 at KPTM Studios 4625 Farnum Street, Omaha, Nebraska.
There were seven (7) members and one (1) guest present. Vice Chair Gina Dierks called the meeting to order at 12:10 P.M. Chairman Dale Scherbring was on assignment. Treasurer Pat Caffrey was out of town. Jim Leedham gave the treasurers Report: Ending balance September 30, 2009 $xxxx only activity was a deposit of $xxxx. Vice Chair Gina Dierks called for a motion to approve. A motion and a second was made, with a vote of the membership, October Treasury Report was approved. Secretary’s Report: Secretary Darrel Sudduth read the September 30, 2009 meeting minutes. Vice Chair Gina Dierks called for a motion to approve. A motion and second was made, with a vote of the membership, August meeting minutes was approved. The SBE University (sbe.org) has the following courses available: AM Antenna Systems, Voice Telco Networks and Studio Interface Systems, 8-VSB, AM Antenna Computer Modeling, FM Transmission Systems, Matching Networks and Phasing. The committee for the distribution of the Rebate Fund has asked to postpone a decision until the first part of 2010.
